Took an early morning stroll to Piccadilly Circus and Harrods - wow, this place is amazing! We spent 4 hours (and a few pounds) in there, and didn't see 10%... Will definitely have to go back!
Here's the shrine for Diana & Dodi, in Harrods.
That afternoon, we took a sightseeing bus tour of London. Very good tour guide, and we saw lots of things! Werner, unfortunately, didn't dress for an open-top coach, and nearly froze to death!
From the top: Werner on the big red bus, Westminster Abbey, St Paul's Cathedral, silhouette photo of the Parliaments Building and Big Ben, the London Eye and a close-up of Big Ben - beautiful!

We set off for the London Eye trip, with a 4 minute 4D-experience movie - hence the weird glasses...
The last two pics are of the Big Ben & Parliaments Building. I think they call it House of Commence, as well...
There was a big Dali expo as well, but we didn't have time to go in...
Outside the London Dungeon (which is on our to-do list for the next visit to London) was this pirate...
So we returned to Piccadilly Circus later that evening, and found a very bizarre place called the Rain Forest Cafe...
After that, we went to see the movie, Passage of Terror, a horror movie, in 3D, and then you are IN the movie. It was very scary!!!
On our way back to the hotel,
we mailed our first postcards!
